We don't outsource quality control. Every step from the tannery to the stitching floor is monitored by our family engineers.
We do not buy pre-cut leather. We inspect the raw hide. Only Top-Grain Cowhide with zero structural imperfections is selected for the "Foundation Series."
Unlike traditional "Unisex" molds, we use the ANSUR II database to create a hand-chamber that locks the wrist in neutral alignment, reducing metacarpal stress by 14%.
Four layers of variable-density foam are injected. Hard outer shell for impact crack, soft inner memory foam for knuckle contouring.
Every batch undergoes random compression testing. If one glove fails the density check, the entire batch is liquidated. We do not ship defects.
